I just saw it in its entirety.
I also checked on YouTube and it appears there as well. It's a good vid. I don't know why this person is stating something that's untrue.

That happens a lot. People jumping up and down claiming that they are banned, or dissed, or disscriminated. It makes it sound every so dramatic.
Usually, as in the case of this vid, their claim is essentially proven wrong by their own action. Posting on YouTube a video with the title, "YouTube banned this..." reflects more on the poster of the vid rather than the rules of YouTube.
