If they didn't. I can't even imagine the cost of trying to move all those vehicles.
I hope the gentleman turns it into a museum. His financial fortune would be set for life.

How is it there are people like that that get so darn lucky?
What is they have that we don't?
If it weren't for bad luck I wouldn't have any luck at all.

Now can he claim rights to those.
He bought the house.
He got more than he bought, unknowingly.

I agree with you wholeheartedly, RT.
Sometimes even bad luck won't come my way.
obmar,
I would assume that all those cars are his by default. As you say, when you purchase a property, you also purchase everything on that property, for the good and for the bad. I don't know Portuguese, but I would assume it is very similar in nature.

A recent case here is when a young couple bought an apartment that was on auction by a bank.
When they checked the apartment they had a shock to find human body parts in the abandoned refrigerator.
would that still apply, TI?

KUALA LUMPUR: A man and his sister made a grisly discovery when they opened the refrigerator at their new condominium yesterday; inside were 11 body parts of an adult male.
Forensic checks revealed the body was cut into pieces about a week ago. But no murder weapon was found at the 19th-floor condominium in Jalan Mont Kiara 2.
City police CID chief Senior Assistant Commissioner II Ku Chin Wah said the body parts were in five rubbish bags in the fridge, whose door had been sealed with masking tape.
The victim has not been identified.
Police found a driving licence belonging to a woman during a search of the condominium.
Ku said the woman, Nora Jawi Spreen Jawi, was from Sarawak. Her listed address was USJ2/4D in Subang Jaya.
The condominium’s new owners had gone to the place to clean it up. When they became aware of a stench from the fridge, they called the security guards.
The guards removed the tape from the fridge door and found the bags, which contained the body parts.
The condominium had been vacant for more than three months.
Ku said the new owners bought the unit through a bank auction and received the keys on Friday.
He said police are looking for the previous owner.
Meanwhile, Ku urged Nora Jawi Spreen Jawi or those who know her to contact the police.
They could can Rakan Cop at 03-21159999 or SMS POLISKL at 32728 or the nearest police station.

Unfortunately, obmar, yes.
Although the fact that they are human remains means that the police must now be involved. Unless the new owner committed the crime, he is free to come and go as he pleases.

It is the moral and ethical obligation of every citizen to make an effort to know the laws of a country and state. Ignorance of the law is not excuse.

That would most likely depend on the individual's choice.
In the case of Michael Vick's beautiful home where he had dog fights. The animals were killed and buried on the property. The home sold for have the value of what it was worth. Who ever the owner is now got it at a steal.
I find it a blessing where something of ugliest once was there. Some one who would take it and turn it into a place of beauty.

I was once shown a house in a nice suburb, vacant and ignored, just because people knew that there was a murder that had taken place there.
No want wants to take risk and after some time all thought the b uilding is haunted.

Some are more bothered by the neighborhood being a high crime area then the houses. We have areas like that near the shipyards. Lot of drive by shootings.
My husband once told me, in such neighborhoods all they needed was a truck load of weapons and they would kill each other off. I believe he is right. We do things like that to ourselves and don't need any help from outsiders.
One thing we don't need is fanatics coming on American soil to terrorize us when we manage to do that all on our own.
I'm sure the same can also be said in many other countries.
It was once said whenever a navy ship docked port that rape was at it's highest crime in our area.

True!!! Co-workers do not always fill the void of close family, friends, a spouse and companionship of the opposite sex esp. when one has to distance themself from them for long periods of time.
